Is willing to undertake training and work flexibly to meet the demands of a continuously improving organisation. Enjoys working as part of a team and can communicate effectively with pupils, parents and staff. Can quickly build rapport and effective professional relationships with both our young people and colleagues. Enthuses and motivates colleagues and students to work hard and try their best. Previous experience of working within an education setting is desirable but full training will be provided. Demonstrates personal resilience and role models those personal qualities we wish to instill in our young people. YOUR MAIN DUTIES WOULD BE: Ensuring that for all stakeholders, school facilities are in excellent and safe condition as a result of the highest possible standards of maintenance and care. Providing a variety of essential maintenance, health and safety & security functions to aid the smooth running of the school.
