Familiarity with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, Azure Functions, App Services, Azure DevOps, and SQL/NoSQL databases. Insurance Domain Knowledge Detailed understanding of insurance workflows and systems. Experience integrating with or building insurance platforms and data models. Exposure to US property catastrophe (cat) risk modelling platforms and data sources. Startup Experience Proven success in a fast‑paced (or Insurtech) environment. Comfortable navigating ambiguity, adapting to rapid change, and collaborating across diverse teams. Soft Skills Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to mentor and influence across teams. Preferred Qualifications Solutions Architect certification or equivalent. Experience with enterprise architecture modelling tools. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in insurance (e.g. GDPR, Solvency II, Lloyd’s standards).
