About the role This isn’t your typical HR job. You’ll be the heartbeat of Coast’s culture, balancing people, process, and performance. This role will assume responsibility for implementing strong foundations within our P&C department and You’ll lead the onboarding, development, engagement, and retention initiatives that build a workforce ready to deliver on Coast’s mission. Reporting to the Chief Commercial & People Officer, you'll be trusted to create systems that scale, solve problems that matter, and help every Coast team member do their best work. Lead the P&C charge, supporting department managers in retaining people who align with Coast’s purpose and mindset. Develop people and leaders through targeted training, feedback, and growth pathways that build confidence, capability, and connection.
