We currently have a vacancy to join our highly successful apprenticeship team as an Industry Coach in Vehicle Maintenance Apprenticeships. You will have industry experience in the automotive industry. Working with our Business Services and Engineering team in Farnborough, the post includes working with employers, apprentices, and colleagues from across the College to deliver high quality apprenticeships in a way that supports effective learning and high levels of retention and achievement. The Industry Coach will support and guide the apprentices through their programme, including assisting apprentices and employers to prepare for the end‑point assessment for the apprenticeship standards. This will include visiting apprentices in their workplace to carry out regular reviews so some travel will be required. Applicants will need to be qualified to at least level 3 and have appropriate vehicle maintenance vocational experience. A high level of administration skills and organisation are key, and applicants must also have excellent communication and IT skills.
