Techno-Functional Kustomer CRM Consultant Type: Contract | Hybrid Location: London A Techno-Functional Kustomer CRM Consultant is required to join a dynamic business supporting continuous improvements across customer experience and contact centre operations. You will work closely with business stakeholders and contact centre teams to understand operational needs, translate requirements into technical solutions, and deliver configurations and enhancements within the Kustomer CRM ecosystem. You will be responsible for analysing processes, implementing system changes, and ensuring CRM capabilities align with business objectives. Skills Strong functional and technical expertise in the Kustomer CRM platform. Ability to analyse business requirements and convert them into technical specifications. Hands‑on experience making configuration and technical changes within Kustomer. Strong understanding of CRM processes and contact centre technologies. Ability to provide end‑to‑end technical solutions and support across customer platforms. Effective communication and collaboration skills across business and technical teams. P.S: SC clearance required or eligibility to obtain it. Ability to gain DV is essential. Only candidates with existing right to work in the UK will be considered.
