Food Retail Assistant – Third Space At Natural Fitness Food we deliver world class, personalized service providing delicious, balanced meals and fresh, nutritious shakes within London's top health club, Third Space. As a Food Retail Assistant you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service while promoting our new products. This position requires excellent communication skills, a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service and a passion for health and fitness. Duties Include Act as a company ambassador, offering advice and information on Natural Fitness Food products, smoothies, and any third‑party promotions. Make and produce beverages such as shakes and coffees for our members. Complete daily checklists, report stock needs to the manager, and ensure customer‑facing presentation of products in the fridges. Unload deliveries, store items at appropriate temperatures, and maintain organized stock areas. Keep the NFF area clean and tidy, displaying approved literature and notices in an up‑to‑date manner. Continuously deliver and provide excellent, personalised service to our members, with the ability to smile all day and be chatty with anyone and everyone. Show a keen interest in healthy food & fitness; previous work in retail, catering or customer service is desirable. Applicants Must Want to get up each day and make a difference. Be fluent in both written and spoken English. Be able to provide a high standard of customer service. Have a smart and professional appearance. Enjoy talking and interacting with people. Be punctual, trustworthy & reliable. Enjoy good, healthy food. Be happy to work independently and as part of a team. Able to follow instructions and remember customers' orders. This role is based on 40 hours a week between Monday and Sunday. Shift hours range from 6:15 am to 9:00 pm. All applicants must be legally entitled to work in the UK. Benefits Competitive salary.
