Customer Advisor role at Stellantis &You UK Location: 99 Windsor St, Salford, Manchester M5 4DG, United Kingdom About the Role Customer Advisor will play a key role in our Aftersales team, serving as the link between customers and technicians, guiding the customer journey and ensuring satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Communicate clearly with customers & colleagues. Adopt new digital systems and processes as part of our digitalisation strategy. Propose and sell additional work advised through the Vehicle Health Check process. Quote & sell Service Plans to retain customers to the group. Estimate repair costs and times. Resolve any concerns when we suggest repairs. Inform and update customers on progress or additional works needed. Prepare and explain invoices and take payments. Qualifications Experienced automotive Customer Advisor. Full valid UK driving licence is required for this role. Benefits A competitive bonus OTE of up to £30k.
