Key Responsibilities Actively manage risk and P&L for all equity derivative trading accounts. Develop, implement, and refine equity derivatives trading strategies. Ensure timely allocation of trades and associated hedges across multiple flows, resolving any economic breaks. Analyze market microstructure, order flow, and volatility dynamics to identify and capitalize on trading opportunities. Collaborate with quantitative analysts and developers to enhance pricing models, hedging algorithms, and execution tools. Maintain awareness of corporate actions, earnings events, and sector-specific catalysts impacting equity and derivatives markets. Execute trades with precision across listed equities, ensuring best execution and liquidity management. Utilize algorithmic, electronic, and block-trading strategies to minimize slippage and transaction costs. Monitor intraday liquidity, volatility, and market depth to optimize trading decisions. Candidate Profile Master’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline (preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in equity derivatives trading. Proven ability to manage risk and P&L in a dynamic market environment. Strong understanding of market microstructure and volatility dynamics.
