£28,000 - £43,685 (salary depending on experience and/or qualifications)

The role of Geography Teacher requires an individual who can inspire students in the classroom and bring geographical concepts to life.
The successful candidate will have an excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum for Geography and will be able to plan innovative and engaging lessons that meet the needs of students with varying abilities. You must be approachable, inspiring, enthusiastic, and able to quickly build positive relationships. This is a great time to join us and become part of our committed teaching team.
Requirements
To be considered for the position of Geography Teacher, you will:
• Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have a passion for teaching Geography with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
• Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of secondary teachers.
• Be confident in delivering lessons to around 30 students.
• Have knowledge of behaviour management strategies and the ability to implement them consistently to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Demonstrate a high degree of commitment to effective teaching.
• Have excellent behaviour management skills.
