2026 Marine Project Manager Higher Apprentice The Marine Project Manager Higher Apprentice role is based within our Strategic Infrastructure Team (SI). This new team has been set up to deliver 17 major projects across the UK and to help achieve our net‑zero ambitions, supporting the UK Government’s target of 50GW of renewable energy by 2030. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and coordinating subsea power cable installation projects. Support the project manager in monitoring progress and reporting on key milestones. Help with logistics and resource management for marine operations. Participate in safety assessments and ensure compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with engineering teams and contractors to facilitate project tasks. Location and Work Arrangement This role is based in the Warwick office and offers flexible, hybrid working. You will need to live within a 45–60 minute commute of postcode CV34 6DA and be willing to travel to site locations; annual travel may exceed 10,000 miles. About You Minimum of five GCSEs with grades 9‑4 (A*‑C), including English, Maths, and a Science (or equivalent). Two A‑Levels at grade C or above, including one of Geography, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Management or a BTEC National Certificate/Diploma Level 3 with Merit or Distinction. Strong interest in marine engineering, project management, and renewable energy. A valid driving licence (must be obtained by 31 May 2026 if not already held). Flexible to travel and travel frequently, including overnight stays in pre‑booked accommodation. Prior work experience is not required; determination and willingness to learn are essential. What You’ll Get Starting salary of £31,310 (reviewed annually) and a Level 4 Accredited Qualification in Associate Project Management upon successful completion of the two‑year apprenticeship.
