Their systems are trusted across global markets—from hyperscale data centres to high-demand industrial sites—thanks to a commitment to exceptional quality, stringent testing, and end-to-end customer support.Perform planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and commissioning on a wide range of HVAC and cooling systems within datacenter environments.Maintenance, troubleshooting. repair, servicing, installation, and commissioning of refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation systems in particular liquid cooling systemsPrecision Cooling for Data CentersLead and support other engineers on-site, ensuring high-quality standards.Fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs across electrical and mechanical components.Manage and update asset records for seamless contract execution.Build strong client relationships and act as the on-site technical lead.Quote and deliver small projects and remedial works.Submit clear and accurate engineering reports.What We’re Looking For:F-Gas Certification (mandatory)Hands-on experience in data centre HVAC systems and/or fluid cooling technologiesNVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (preferred)Strong fault-finding and repair skills across mechanical and electrical systemsComfortable working independently or in a team; mentoring junior engineersHealth & Safety tickets (PASMA, IPAF, etc.) are a bonusFull UK Driving LicenceSalary & Hours:Up to £45,000 basic + door-to-door travel pay40 hours per week | Monday to Friday25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidaysBenefits Package:Fully equipped premium company vehiclePrivate medical insuranceCompany pension scheme (8% from day 1)Significant training and development investmentThis is an ideal role for a technically strong, customer-focused engineer ready to step into high-responsibility work across critical cooling systems.
