Core Duties & Responsibilities Direct management of the care team, monitoring staff development through supervision, appraisals, and training. Creating, managing, and monitoring customer care plans and staff rotas. Ensuring care assessments, care and risk planning meet best practice and customers' aspirations. Working with the recruitment team to ensure sufficient staffing levels. Providing care services to service users in an emergency, arranging emergency cover and covering calls. Answering telephones promptly and speaking to people politely and respectfully. Working alongside the Branch Manager to ensure quality standards, complaints and comments are dealt with promptly. Participating in the paid on-call rota. Implementing measures to comply with CQC regulations and achieve high care standards. Benefits Company‑issued mobile phone. Knowledge of CQC standards and compliance (essential). Experience in care coordinating or 2+ years working within health and social care (preferred). Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred). NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred).
