Once fully trained and an opportunity arises, there will be the potential to take on the exciting responsibility of managing your own showroom We're looking for a General Showroom Manager in waiting to join the team in the South London area, covering areas such as New Malden, Croydon and Bromley. You will be influential in helping to build high‑achieving design teams across multiple showrooms in your designated area. We offer a basic salary of £34,900 plus bonus, OTE £52K Main Responsibilities Train and work with experienced managers in some of our showrooms of excellence, learning the fundamentals of managing a Wren Kitchens showroom. Work with both General Managers and Assistant Managers to become a well‑rounded Wren manager. Drive sales to meet and exceed year‑on‑year showroom targets whilst maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. About You Significant experience gained in a big‑ticket retail environment with £multi‑million targets. A sales‑driven approach with a proven track record of success.
