Job summary We have an exciting secondment opportunity to join our Trust as General Manager - Core Clinical and Community Services Directorate (8C). Reporting to the Clinical Director for Core Clinical and Community Services. We welcome applications from NHS employees who are able to join us for a 9-month secondment. Main duties of the job The General Manager is responsible and accountable for the day-to-day operational services of the directorate. They will work collaboratively as a member of the triumvirate to ensure services are clinically and operationally led. They will be patient focused and ensure the delivery of access targets, and that quality improvement and a culture of learning and improvement is embedded within the directorate.
