Key Responsibilities To work across all trades and support with manual labourer. Preparing job sites by assisting other trades by removing bathrooms and kitchen units and cleaning the area. Supporting with groundworks and drainage and removal of concrete and other bulk waste Load and unload heavy materials or equipment Preparing holes for fencing working and supporting with replacing fencing House clearances Undertake all appropriate instructions and tasks with due diligence Ensure any materials purchased from outside supplies are obtained in the prescribed manner and delivery or collection notes are submitted to the line manager Undertake weekly vehicle checks. Eg oil level, water levels, tyres etc. Clean vehicle at least once a week. Ensure vehicle defects are reported to your manager What We’re Looking For Must haves Basic IT skills Full clean UK driving licence Carry out all duties in accordance with the safety policies and specific codes of practise Ensure appropriate personal protective clothing/equipment is worn/used at all time.
