We're looking for a Facilities Manager to join our team and lead facilities operations across multiple Aviva offices in the South Region. This is a hands‑on role where you'll represent workplace services—ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest standards. What You’ll Do Oversee day‑to‑day facilities management across five sites, ensuring service excellence and compliance with SLAs and KPIs. Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and onsite teams to deliver a seamless experience. Manage subcontractor work, permits, and RAMS in line with Mitie and Aviva procedures. Support onsite events and ensure spaces are well‑prepared and maintained. Lead and develop your team—recruitment, training, and performance management included. Monitor CAFM systems, analyse performance data, and drive continuous improvement. Champion innovation and sustainability initiatives across all sites. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in Facilities Management within large, high‑profile environments. Strong knowledge of FM operations, health & safety, and statutory compliance. IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent) certification. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to lead diverse teams and foster a collaborative, inclusive culture. Experience managing both hard and soft services, KPIs, and SLAs. Confident, adaptable, and solutions‑focused with a passion for service excellence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
