Responsibilities Support the Turbine O&M Team in delivering specific projects, providing technical assistance to resolve ongoing issues and implementing improvements. Communicate effectively written and verbally, including preparing Risk Assessments, Method Statements and other client‑required procedures. Contribute positively to business development, maintaining a high level of Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental awareness. Travel within the UK & Ireland as required by project needs. Accountabilities Experienced Wind Turbine Technician who wants to further develop capabilities in high‑quality maintenance activities. Lead main component replacements and identify tooling requirements. Assist with the resolution of onsite technical issues and implement technical improvements. Conduct technical audits & assessments and prepare reporting templates. Develop and deliver in‑house technical training. Knowledge Turbine O&M background – Vestas/Siemens Technologies. Team leader, coordination of subcontractors. Health & Safety awareness (RA, CoSSH, MS). Working knowledge of gearbox inspections, vibration analysis, ultrasound, bore scope, thermal imaging. Skills Mechanical or electrical fault finding, hydraulic tooling, blade repairs. Good communication skills, use of Microsoft Office applications. Reporting. Experience Wind turbine maintenance, large component exchange, managing heavy lifting, working at height. Qualifications Mechanical or electrical engineering qualification (minimum Level 3 NVQ).
