Project Coordinator – Gratte Brothers Group Gratte Brothers | Security Systems & Software is seeking a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to oversee projects from start to finish. You’ll coordinate teams, manage costs, ensure safety compliance, and help deliver high‑quality outcomes for our clients. About the Role Gratte Brothers is looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented individual to support the planning, management, and execution of one or multiple projects simultaneously under the guidance of our senior engineering team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project coordination and the ability to independently address and resolve most project challenges. The role includes overseeing all aspects of project delivery, such as cost control, scheduling, procurement of materials and labour, effective written and verbal communication, problem‑solving, and coordination with all trades on site. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage all health and safety documentation across projects, ensuring compliance with company and client requirements. Regularly monitor and update project financials, producing monthly reports in collaboration with senior engineering staff. Collate and organise project information to support effective contract reviews and informed decision‑making. Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely updates. Plan, schedule, and oversee testing and commissioning for all projects in line with company and client procedures. Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package.
