Responsibilities Develop and execute the European Driveline Off‑Highway strategy. Manage assigned product line(s), including: Forecast volumes aligned with market trends. Create pricing strategies that optimize profitability while staying competitive. Monitor product performance and make data‑driven decisions to maximize portfolio success. Support commercial teams with competitive analysis and contract management. Provide inputs for annual profit planning and lead execution. Define product positioning, value proposition, and messaging – become the subject matter expert. Build partnerships with OEMs and customers to shape product approach and pricing. Collaborate with technology teams to launch and support new products. Work with operations, procurement, and supply chain to ensure timely delivery and profitability. Partner with marketing and sales to drive awareness, demand, and product success. Develop advocacy strategies and coordinate across regions. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred. Experience: Minimum 5 years in Sales, Marketing, Technology Deployment, or Product Management. Specialty chemicals or industrial lubricants experience is a plus. Strong business acumen and financial analysis capability. Leadership and collaboration across cross‑functional teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement. Market insight and technical understanding of product applications.
