INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:Job Title – Site ManagerJob Location – HollywoodProject – Residential HousingSalary – £50K plus vehicle and fuelAbout the Company:Our client here at Inform3 that is a family run building contracting business operating across Northern Ireland, mainly within the private house building sector have a requirement for an experienced Site Manager to join their team.You will be working on a residential traditional housing project.The successful candidate must have experience in managing residential build projects and the ability to oversee and manage the site including direct staff and sub-contractors across the site.The Role:Oversee the residential project and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors across the site.Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget.Host weekly meetings to update senior management and clients on project progress.Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, procurement of materials and meeting deadlines.Perform company compliance, H&S and administration procedure and record performance and progress of site operations.Complete the project from start to finish.What you need:Degree in Construction Management or similar Trade Qualification is essential.A minimum of 3 years’ experience managing residential build projects.Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.Experience managing multiple subcontractors and projects at a time.Ability to work closely with the design team to ensure a smooth delivery of a high standard project.Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills.Clean Driver’s License.For any additional information on the role, please contact David Bridges at Inform3 Recruitment.INFORM3 Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer.
