You will need: Qualifications Experience working in a nursery setting and strong understanding of the EYFS Confidence in taking on a key person role and working in partnership with parents/carers Knowledge of child development, children's needs, and relevant health & safety requirements Strong communication skills, able to engage with children, families, and colleagues at all levels A commitment to inclusive practice, equality, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as required Outstanding Ofsted Provider East Kent Colleges Group is an Ofsted Outstanding rated provider.
