Oversee the run book to ensure procedures and training have been considered and are in place where appropriateTo attend & chair workshops/meetings on behalf of Institutional Client Services with both internal and external parties.To own the relationship with SS&C project managers for any delivery that impacts Institutional Client Services or where Institutional Client Services are the sponsor to discuss client requirements/ expectations, timelines and constraints.To liaise with key business areas to support the integration for any Institutional Investor Client with SS&C ensuring appropriate testing is completed, accurate output is received, reviewed and any faults are corrected, retested and new output provided through to sign off.To provide post project implementation support to Institutional Client Services BAU and Relationship Management.To provide accurate and timely information to internal and external parties (including clients) regarding progress of project deliverables.To seek and encourage continual improvement to meet or exceed the needs of Institutional Services clients and the department.To carry out any other duties which are within the employee's skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed.*We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds and particularly welcome applications from under-represented groups, to enable us to bring a diversity of perspectives to our thinking and conversation.
