Marketing Coordinator – Role Overview We’re looking for someone to kickstart their career in marketing and help our clients attract, engage and retain top talent. As a Coordinator, you’ll work with a friendly team on a mission to make opportunity, reward and progress equal for all. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with clients and media partners, both in person and on calls. Plan and negotiate media, and set up and manage paid social campaigns for our clients. Spot opportunities to optimise every campaign for maximum impact. Deliver a smooth, fast‑paced service across a wide range of marketing services. Qualifications & Requirements Highly organised with an eye for detail. Strong communication and trust‑building skills. Microsoft Office proficiency. Fast‑paced, varied role – high drive to learn quickly. Benefits 30 days of annual leave a year (plus bank holidays). Hybrid working – work from home or on site.
