The Tooling Storekeeper will also:Carry out routine inspections of aircraft tooling, conducting minor maintenance and ensure any potential defective tooling is efficiently and cost effectively dispatched for repair or calibrationYou will take a proactive approach to ensure service levels are kept to a high standardMaintain records of all transactions in a diligent and accurate mannerLiaise with internal and external departments/suppliersEnsure relevant Tooling Change Bulletins and Tooling Equipment bulletins are actioned appropriatelyUphold the Tooling departments Mission Statement of ‘Right Tool, Right Place, Right time’What do we need from you?The successful candidate will:Have excellent organisation and Communication skills, ensuring a clean and tidy work environment is always maintainedYou will have experience of working with Tooling equipment and ideally have a good understanding of the aviation sectorKnowledge of tooling/stores processesApply your technical mindset to this technical roleYou will have a proactive and pragmatic approach, as well as the ability to prioritise work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.Be flexible and willing to support the needs of the operationHave excellent attention to detailThe successful candidate would require a full UK driving licenseAfter a period of training, it is expected that the Tooling Storekeeper will work on 2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off shift pattern.Join our exciting, forward-thinking team and be part of a dynamic business At Jet2.com, we operate scheduled leisure flights from our 13 UK bases to stunning holiday destinations across the Mediterranean, the Canary Islands, and Europe's most captivating cities.Help us create memorable holiday experiences for our valued customers with Jet2.com and Jet2holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
