In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of skilled engineers in ensuring that our chilled production machinery operates at optimal efficiency. Your leadership will empower the team to tackle challenges head-on while making a significant contribution to our product quality and operational excellence. If you're passionate about engineering and looking to make an impact in a vibrant environment, we’d love to see your applicationResponsibilitiesOversee maintenance, repair, and improvement activities for chilled production machinery.Lead a team of engineers to carry out preventive maintenance and respond rapidly to equipment issues.Implement and promote health and safety practices, ensuring a safe working environment.Collaborate with production teams to assess equipment needs and address performance issues.Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members to enhance their technical skills.Maintain documentation related to maintenance activities and equipment performance metrics.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and productivity.QualificationsSignificant experience in an engineering leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a chilled food production environment.Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems relevant to chilled production operations.Proven leadership abilities with a focus on team development and collaboration.Strong troubleshooting skills and an analytical approach to problem resolution.Keen awareness of health and safety regulations applicable to engineering practices.Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and communicate clearly with diverse teams.Week 1, Monday to Friday- 7am till 4pmWeek 2, Sunday- 7am till 4pm, Monday to Thursday 2:30am to 11pmBenefitsPension PlansLife AssuranceLeave PackageTraining & DevelopmentEmployee Assistance Programme - CounsellingFree Parking #J-18808-Ljbffr
