We’re looking for a Regional Sales Director to lead our account management strategy and drive growth across a dynamic regional portfolio.About the RoleAs Regional Sales Director, you’ll take full ownership of revenue and gross profit performance across your region. You’ll lead a team of Regional Account Managers, guiding them to deliver exceptional client retention, service expansion, and high-margin growth. This is a high-impact leadership role where strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and relationship management come together to shape our regional success.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn regional performance against revenue and gross profit targetsLead and develop a high-performing team of Account ManagersSet clear KPIs and performance objectives across growth, retention, and forecastingBuild strategic growth plans for key accounts, identifying whitespace and expansion opportunitiesSupport proposal development and deal structuring to ensure profitabilityAct as a senior contact for strategic client relationshipsMaintain visibility across pipelines and ensure CRM disciplineProvide accurate forecasts and performance reports to the CCOCollaborate with marketing on regional campaigns and client engagementContribute to commercial leadership meetings and cross-regional consistencyWhat We’re Looking For5+ years’ experience in sales or account leadership within MSP or IT servicesProven success in driving revenue and gross profit growth through account developmentStrong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and managed servicesCommercially minded with strong financial literacy and deal structuring skillsDemonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teamsOrganised and data-driven, with CRM and forecasting experienceConfident communicator and hands-on leaderExperience shaping regional go-to-market strategiesFamiliarity with strategic sales methodologiesDegree in Business, IT, or a related fieldWhy Join Us?Be part of the UK’s #1 Managed Service Provider and help shape the future of enterprise IT.
