Position Details Location: Bupa Dental Care, Irlam Working Hours: Monday – Friday; 9:00 AM – 5:45 PM (Mon‑Tue), 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Wed‑Thu), 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Fri); Total: 37.5 hours per week Benefits GDC registration, DBS check, and professional indemnity covered by Bupa Dental Care. If you are a dedicated dental nurse looking to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you Treatment Coordinator Responsibilities First point of contact for new private patients and existing patients interested in specialist treatments. Discuss the treatment and associated fees confidently. Deliver a high‑quality service that ensures patient satisfaction and maximises practice efficiency. Champion customer satisfaction and coach team members on best practice. Coordinate dentist appointments throughout the treatment plan. Establish and maintain productive working relationships with practice team members. Play a key role in the practice leadership team, supporting and deputising for the Practice Manager. Your Skills And Experience Extensive clinical knowledge of treatments in a healthcare setting. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex treatment plans clearly. Previous experience delivering outstanding customer service. Strong stakeholder management skills. Registered with CQC/GDC; knowledge of dental practice management systems desirable.
