Responsibilities As a Store Manager you will have full accountability for running your own store and leading a team. This is a very hands‑on role where you will be responsible for spinning a lot of plates to drive operational standards and deliver sales. Many of our stores also offer an online home‑delivery service; experience managing a high‑volume digital operation is an advantage. You will need to be hard‑working, proactive and able to instil our values into your team and the store.
