As the Speech and Language Therapy Lead, you will : Lead and manage a specialist team of Speech and Language Therapists. Provide high-quality assessments and interventions for clients with acquired brain injuries and neurological conditions. Oversee the development of therapy services and ensure clinical excellence. Conduct mental capacity assessments and advocate for clients. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and external agencies. Manage performance, appraisals, and recruitment within the SLT department. Support service development and quality improvement projects. Package and Benefits The Speech and Language Therapy Lead role comes with a comprehensive package, including : Annual salary of £46,000 - £52,000. The ideal candidate for the Speech and Language Therapy Lead position will have : A degree in Speech & Language Therapy and registration with HCPC. Experience in managing a team and working with neurologically impaired adults. Excellent clinical, communication, and leadership skills. Knowledge of neuro speech and language therapy and augmentative communication. A proactive approach to problem-solving and service improvement.
