Role & Responsibilities Lead/work on architectural projects and across teams as Principal Designer Lead Advise on specific health & safety matters Review projects and designs and support with preconstruction health & safety matters Support the client to provide preconstruction information Coordinate all health & safety matters during preconstruction Issue the health & safety document on completion Work closely with the design team Develop guidance materials and management tools Work directly with clients Carry out research on good practices Liaise with enforcing authorities Critically appraise design risk assessments. Required Skills & Experience Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience as an Architect (ARB) Experience of working as a Principal Designer on high-risk buildings Ability to use AutoCAD or Revit would be preferred Registered as a Principal Designer would be highly beneficial Driving licence Own car What you get back £45,000 - £55,000 DOE Pension Career development Hybrid or Remote working would be considered Laptop supplied Flexible working hours between 8-9:30am start and 4:30-6pm finish Ongoing development and progression Social events Close to local transport links #J-18808-Ljbffr
