The post-holder will work within Central Cheshire NHS Talking Therapies service providing high volume, low intensity interventions which will be a range of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) based guided self-help interventions to clients with mild to moderate anxiety and depression.The post holder will work with people with different cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary and should be committed to equal opportunities.The successful applicant will be required to be flexible in their hours of working as the Talking Therapies service operates 8.00 am - 8.00 pm.We will consider supporting an element of remote working for the successful candidate.Shortlisting for this vacancy is due to be completed on 10th December and the proposed interview date is 18th December.The post-holder will work within Central Cheshire NHS Talking Therapies and provide, low intensity interventions which will be a range of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) based guided self-help interventions to clients with mild to moderate anxiety and depression.Provide clinical supervision / case management to Psychological wellbeing practitioners within the service.Support the Step 2 Lead and Management Team to maintain the service provision and development and meet and maintain Key Performance Indicators.Cheshire and Wirral Partnership (CWP) provides health and care services for a population of over one million people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care, as well as the provision of three GP surgeries in Cheshire.We employ around 4,500 staff across 73 sites and have services across Wirral and Cheshire, as well as Trafford, Warrington, Bolton, Halton, Liverpool and Stockport.Our aim is to help improve the lives of everyone in our communities, adopting a compassionate, person-centred approach to everything we do.
