You You will be an experienced Associate with a solid background in M&A, private equity or equity capital markets. You'll have a demonstrable track record in corporate matters and should have excellent academic credentials, with the drive and ability to deliver high‑quality work and take the initiative. You will be eager to build long‑lasting relationships with clients and potential clients and advisers. You will be coming from a well‑recognised international, national or regional practice and ideally have international experience. You will thrive in a collaborative team environment and will work closely with our clients and other advisors so good communication skills are essential.
