You’ll be working directly with our Directors, Senior Managers and Founder, Alex Loven, influencing decisions at the very top table.### **WHAT YOU'LL DO*** Lead our entire UK warehouse operation, shaping strategy and setting the standard for excellence across the site.* Lead innovation - using data, automation, and lean thinking to keep us ahead of the game.* Deliver big on performance: speed, accuracy, cost control, and productivity.* Inspire and develop our people, creating a culture of accountability, energy, and pride.* Collaborate with leaders across the business to align warehouse, facilities, H&S and global operations with ambitious growth plans.* Own budgets and KPIs - making every penny, and every person, count.* Be the go-to problem solver when the unexpected happens - quick, calm, and strategic.* Ensure safety, compliance, and excellence are always front and centre, across both operations and facilities.* Take ownership of facilities management - ensuring the site, infrastructure, and equipment are safe, efficient, and future-ready. From layout optimisation to maintenance and upgrades, you’ll make sure our space always works hard for us.### **WHAT YOU'LL BRING*** Senior leadership experience in warehousing (eCommerce, retail, or FMCG ideally).* The ability to run large-scale operations with responsibility for people, KPI’s, facilities, and strategy.* Commercial sharpness is a must.* A hands-on passion for improvement - from automation to smarter systems, optimisation, and site improvements.* An inspiring leadership style that gets people on board - from warehouse floor to boardroom.* Resilience, drive, and passion to deliver, especially in peak moments.* Big vision.
