DescriptionWe're seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our first agile product strategies at AXA Global Healthcare. You’ll own the product roadmap, leveraging agile methodologies to deliver innovative solutions aligned with our vision. Working closely with our senior business stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in shaping new ways of working across AXA Global Healthcare, driving growth and transformation in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.What you’ll be doing:Own the full product lifecycle; from ideation and requirements gathering to launch, adoption, and iteration.Collaborate with Product Owners, internal and external partners to set long-term product direction based on market insights.Communicate the vision clearly to senior stakeholders and ensure strategic alignment.Prioritise and gather requirements to build a strategic product roadmap.Lead agile delivery by managing the backlog, breaking down requirements, and balancing customer, business, and technical needs.Monitor product performance to refine features and inform prioritisation, lead on the preparation of governance materials e.g. supporting the Product Owner in preparation of the Quarterly Investment Cycle.Facilitate agile ceremonies and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value efficiently.Coach, mentor, and promote best practices and new ways of working within the team and organisation.Due to the number of applications we expect to receive for this role, we reserve the right to close this advert earlier than the listed closing date to ensure we’re able to effectively manage interest. If you’re excited by this job and the prospect of working at AXA but you’re not sure you tick every box, we’d still encourage you to apply.What you’ll bring:Proven experience in Product Management/Product Ownership within transformation and digital projects.Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, governance, and product delivery processes.Track record of delivering complex change initiatives successfully.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across all levels.Strong organisational and planning abilities, capable of working both independently and in teams.Decisive with the ability to take responsibility and make informed decisions.Demonstrates thought leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.Experience managing direct reports and matrix teams, including offshore resources, ideally within the Financial Services or PMI/IPMI industry.As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.What we offer:At AXA UK, we’re appreciative of the people who work for us and our rewards package is reviewed regularly to reflect that.
