Job Title: Account Executive

We're seeking an Account Executive to join our Sales Operations team and help us deliver industry-leading connectivity solutions with exceptional customer service. As our Account Executive, you'll support the Sales team and Customer Service Managers in managing quotes, onboarding new contracts, and ensuring smooth order processes. You'll also oversee a portfolio of accounts, driving renewals and new business opportunities with the potential to earn more through the bonus scheme.

A day in the life of our Account Executive:

  • Build and manage quotes with accuracy, ensuring timely processing.
  • Validate and co-ordinate orders to maintain seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve challenges and improve processes.
  • Maintain account renewals and proactively engage customers.
  • Ensure all systems are updated with clear notes and statuses.

What you bring as our Account Executive:

  • Experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Stakeholder management and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
  • You are a proactive team player with resilience and results focus.
  • Strong MS Office skills and knowledge of using a CRM system.
  • Bonus points for experience of working in a sales team.
