OverviewWe are recruiting an HR Systems Administrator to support the ongoing management, maintenance and development of a cloud-based HR system. Reporting to the HR Systems Manager, this role provides first-line support, troubleshooting, testing, user training and system improvements across all HR modules.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Oracle HCM experience who enjoys problem solving, supporting users and contributing to ongoing enhancement projects.ResponsibilitiesActing as first-line support for HR system queries through the helpdeskResponding to tickets, providing accurate information and escalating where requiredTroubleshooting technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutionsSupporting testing cycles for new functionality, patches and upgrades across all system modulesAssisting with bulk data uploads and ensuring accuracy of changesCreating and maintaining training materials, process maps and user documentationDelivering training sessions and refresher workshops to HR and business usersKeeping documentation up to date and supporting change activitiesProviding insights and feedback to support continuous improvement initiativesMaking minor system configuration changes where appropriateContributing to system data retention and compliance activitiesProducing ad-hoc reports for HR and business stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr
