Suitable environments include Accident & Emergency (A&E), General Practice, Emergency Medicine, Acute Medicine, Prison Healthcare, or the Ambulance Service. This experience should demonstrate your ability to deliver high-quality care, work under pressure, and manage diverse clinical situations effectively.You must have a Driving licenseRole and dutiesIn collaboration with the Police, you\'ll serve in custody suites, delivering healthcare to detainees. We are dedicated to ensuring the safety of detainees with round-the-clock coverage in the custody suites, in line with a schedule agreed upon with our client.The role requires the flexibility to work not only in your base Custody suite but across an assigned region in the Police Custody Suites and Force area.Compensation and work patternSalary £41,000 per yearBonus when completed 12 months of serviceFull time — fixed shift pattern in a team rota of 4 shifts on and 4 days off: 06:45 to 19:00 for 2-day shifts, followed by 2 night shifts of 18:45 to 07:00; rolling rota available 2 years in advanceContractual arrangement with customer: there may be opportunities for part-time or mutually agreed “Bank” contract; we require all employees to work full shifts, and part-time employees still need to carry out some night shiftsAverage overtime: to be determinedNMC / HCPC registration paidRequirementsRN, RGN or (RMN with dual registration): 2 years post-qualification; Band 5 minimumParamedic: 2 years post-qualificationMust have RTW in UK, Lived in UK, British Passport or ILR for 3 years + no gaps out of country more than 3 monthsAll candidates will be subject to Police VettingOur market-leading offering provides benefits that suit your lifestyle.We have a virtual GP on hand for you and members of your household.
