OverviewComercial Camp and Activity LeaderTo commence January 2026Permanent, full timeWorking closely with the Commercial Manager at the heart of our commercial operations. You will be the friendly, capable face that welcomes visiting groups and immersion programmes to Clayesmore, ensuring participants are safe, supported, and fully engaged throughout their stay.ResponsibilitiesThis is a hands-on role that will involve planning activities and coordinating logistics to leading sessions, supervising pupils, and supporting visiting staff.You will play a vital role in creating a positive, enriching experience for every guest.You will also support wider commercial functions—including weddings, conferences, and holiday lets—making this a truly diverse and rewarding position.As part of the immersion and residential programme, the post-holder will occasionally be required to stay onsite overnight to support visiting groups. All food and accommodation will be provided during these stays.This is a busy, high-energy role that offers huge variety and the opportunity to make a real impact.
