OverviewWhat you will enjoy doingWe now need to strengthen our team and have the below requirement to join our plant in Birkenhead / WirralExperienced Multi Skilled (Elec Bias) Maintenance Engineer to manage all aspects of facility and asset maintenance to ensure the Plant drives for Operational Excellence, attaining greater successes in Safety, Quality and ProductivityResponsibilitiesSupport the Maintenance Co-Ordinator in the implementation of the strategic planEnsures production is optimized to improve key figures customer satisfactionDrive Continuous Improvement into the PlantLead Safety as a Priority to the PlantEnsures planned maintenance activities are performedEnsures machine breakdowns are performedEnsures current and accurate record of maintenanceEnsures all relevant manufacturer modifications and updates are performed / installedWhat makes you greatEducation / Experience :Apprentice trained preferred – Electrical qualifications essentialExperience with Computer Control Systems on machinesExperience in working with hydraulic and pneumatic systemsExperience with PLC programmingApprentice trained preferredRelevant engineering qualifications (Minimum NVQ Level 3)What you can expect working with usMulti Skilled Maintenance Engineer - Electrical BiasWirral – Port SunlightShift Based (Days & Nights)BenefitsExcellent Benefits & Development OpportunitiesAt ALPLA, we stand for high-quality plastic packaging throughout the world.
