Locum Consultant Old Age Psychiatrist - Sheffield Medacs Healthcare is recruiting a Locum Consultant in Old Age Psychiatry with UK-wide opportunities tailored to your availability. Your responsibilities may include: Conducting psychiatric assessments and reviews Leading treatment planning and clinical decision‑making Supporting junior medical staff and MDTs Liaising with community services and external partners Essential MBBS or equivalent medical degree Full GMC registration with a licence to practice Section 12/Section 22 and Approved/Responsible Clinician status (or eligibility) Current Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check or PVG check, or willingness to undergo one as part of the registration process Experience in adult mental health settings UK Right to Work A flexible, collaborative, and patient‑focused approach Desirable CCT in Old Age Psychiatry (or within 6 months of achieving it) Locations Available Greater London Midlands North West & North East England South East & South West England Scotland Wales Apply Today Take control of your psychiatry career with flexible locum opportunities through a trusted partner in healthcare staffing.
