A Studio Based role require a Head of Workshop leader to add to their team, for a Design & Build and manufacturing consultancy that are creators of world-class scenic construction in the world of Events, whereby they craft amazing sets, props, and other great designs out of their workshop. What you’ll do Oversee day-to-day workshop operations, scheduling, and resource planning Coordinate with Carpentry, Scenic, Metalwork, and Project teams to keep projects on track Manage logistics, including vans / trucks, storage, and material flow Lead and support the Workshop Lead, Facilities & Safety Coordinator, CNC Operator, and Van Driver Maintain high standards through QC checks, pre-fits, and safe working practices Ensure the workshop and yard remain safe, organised, and compliant What you’ll bring Strong organisational and leadership skills Experience managing workshop or production operations A proactive, solutions-focused approach Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments In short you will be heading up busy workshop to ensure smooth delivery of all production output.
