We are looking for a Design Director who specializes in experience‑led spatial branding, the art of transforming physical environments into living, breathing expressions of a brand. You will be joining an agency whose work blends strategy, storytelling, interiors, graphics and digital touchpoints to shape how people feel and behave within a space.Rather than treating branding as just a logo or visual system, this agency crafts immersive worlds: retail stores that guide customers intuitively, hospitality spaces that evoke emotion, workplaces that inspire culture, and destinations that communicate a brand’s purpose at every turn. This kind of design considers the entire journey from sightlines and signage to materials, moments of interaction and service rituals, creating cohesive experiences where brand identity, environment and human behaviour all come together seamlessly.If you’re a big‑picture thinker with hands‑on craft and the ability to move clients emotionally through design, this could be your next defining role.What You’ll Be Doing70% design leadership and creative delivery30% team management and organisationTranslating client briefs into clear design approaches, strategies and project plansDeveloping compelling design solutions aligned with client business objectivesCreating storyboards and leading presentations that communicate vision and narrative across disciplinesInspiring clients and demonstrating how design can drive commercial impactOverseeing multiple projects simultaneously with clarity and confidenceLeading, motivating and mentoring both in‑house and freelance teamsCollaborating with partner agencies, suppliers and contractorsReporting on progress, challenges and future needs to senior stakeholdersWhat We're Looking ForA natural storyteller and consultant who builds trust with clientsA collaborative leader who lifts others up and leaves ego at the doorA mentor who invests in the growth of your teamHighly organized, with strong time and workload management skillsComfortable integrating multiple creative disciplines into a cohesive solutionSkilled in relevant design software and confident managing complex supplier relationshipsCalm under pressure and committed to delivering standout work without the burnout cultureYou’ll be joining an environment where ambition, creativity and craft matter.
