Job Overview Position Title: Lifeguard at Butlin's Eastbourne, England, United Kingdom. Location: Butlin's Eastbourne, England, United Kingdom. Employment Type: Full-time. Responsibilities Ensure guest safety in the pool and flume areas at the Splash Waterworld. Monitor pool during busy periods, providing outstanding customer service. Promote and organise poolside activities, creating memorable experiences while keeping safety as priority. Work 35 hours per week, 5 days over 7 days including evenings and weekends; may assist in Bars department during Big Weekender breaks. Live‑in accommodation may be available for those relocating. Supervise areas independently when required. Qualifications Strong swimmer with excellent attention to detail. National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential; previous lifeguard qualification is an advantage. Age 18 or older. Enthusiastic individuals who can engage a diverse range of people.
