Coach and mentor : Guide a talented marketing team across Europe and the US, providing leadership, inspiration, and career development. Partner with sales leadership : Work hand‑in‑hand to define priorities, align marketing and sales strategies, and enable commercial success. Own global presence : Manage Medscape Education’s profile at major congresses and industry events, from design to execution. Improve processes : Identify opportunities to streamline and modernise team operations, introducing MarTech and AI solutions where valuable. Collaborate widely : Partner with creative, product, and commercial colleagues to deliver best‑in‑class marketing support. About you Deep knowledge of global pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical education markets (experience in medical affairs a strong plus). 10+ years’ experience in senior marketing leadership roles with a strong track record of growth delivery. Proven experience working in pharma marketing or medical communications agencies at a strategic level. Strong campaign writing and communications skills – you know how to position complex offerings with clarity and creativity. Experienced mentor and manager, with a collaborative but decisive leadership style. Commercially sharp, with experience partnering with sales leaders and managing budgets. Curious, strategic thinker with a flair for problem‑solving and innovation. Confident presenter, able to influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
