About the Role We are seeking a Bank Support Worker to join our team in Hull, Yorkshire. Position: Support Worker (Bank) Location: Hull, Yorkshire Hours: Variable Shifts: Evenings, nights, weekends Support is required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Responsibilities Provide support to empower people to achieve their goals and aspirations, respecting individuality and enabling appropriate choices in line with their support plans. Promote the health, well‑being, physical, emotional, cultural and spiritual beliefs of the people we support in an inclusive manner. Facilitate social, educational or work activities such as visiting family and friends, supported employment, walks, shopping and other recreational activities of their choice. Perform general housekeeping duties that can include shopping, domestic duties and elements of personal care. Complete a range of records and documents as required by the role.
