Job Title Sonographer (Obstetrics & Gynaecology) Location West Middlesex Hospital, TW7 6AF Contract Type Locum Salary £38–£45 per hour About You Are you a highly skilled and experienced Sonographer specialising in Obstetrics and Gynaecology looking for a locum role? We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sonographer to support our client in delivering excellent women’s health services. Key Responsibilities Perform a comprehensive range of obstetric scans including nuchal translucency scans, anomaly scans, and growth scans. Conduct gynaecological ultrasound examinations using both trans‑abdominal and trans‑vaginal approaches. Utilise Doppler ultrasound techniques for assessment of blood flow, including umbilical artery and middle cerebral artery. Contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care within a fast‑paced clinical environment. Essential Qualifications Postgraduate qualification in Medical Ultrasound (e.g., MSc/Diploma). HCPC Registration. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a qualified Sonographer, ideally within the UK healthcare system. At least 6 months recent NHS experience within the last 3 years.
