Senior Store Assistant – Keyholder Location: Bournemouth Castlepoint Hours: 30 hours per week, full‑time role. We are looking for locally‑based candidates who can easily commute to our store. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes. Responsibilities Provide outstanding service to customers, maintaining store standards and ensuring a welcoming environment. Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders. Respond to customer queries and help them find solutions for their projects. Sell the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up. Operate as a keyholder: open and close the store, assign daily tasks, and provide short‑term supervisory cover. Assist in warehouse tasks, stocking shelves, and maintaining safety and hygiene. Requirements Friendly and approachable personality, with the ability to create a welcoming workplace. Reliable, punctual, and flexible with strong commitment to the team and customers. Accountable and able to take charge when needed. Prior experience as a keyholder or supervising team members preferred, though retail experience is not essential. Positive attitude and readiness to roll up sleeves for manual tasks.
