This is an exceptionally exciting time to be joining Techex with scope for great impact across the organisation.The RoleDevelop and progress features for our next-generation real-time media transport, processing, and monitoring software.Maintain and improve our existing internal and production software products.Work within a collaborative within a highly agile environment and participate in daily team prioritisation and organisation.Review other team members’ code contributions within an Agile development framework, giving feedback, and building and sharing knowledge.Collaboration with our technical colleagues within some of the world’s major broadcasters contributing to business-critical live broadcasts.Experience with a modern front-end framework ideally React.js.Experienced with source control and collaboration through Git.Working knowledge of Linux.Eligibility to live and work in the UK, this role can be office (Bracknell or Leeds) or hybrid in the UK.The following are desirable but not essential.Experience in UX design.RustInterest in real-time media transport.Knowledge of networking, UDP, RTP, Multicast and Unicast.Experience with AngularJS.Proven flexibility to adapt to new techniques and languages.Our Values and BenefitsWe have just secured Great Place to work accreditation, and our core five values of Integrity, Innovation, Family, Customer-First and Expertise are vital to our success.
