OverviewWe are seeking a trustee with accounting expertise to join Walk N Talk 4 Mental Health. Help us shape strategy, oversee finances, and ensure our charity makes the biggest possible impact for people’s mental health.Skills, Experience and QualitiesRecognised background in accounting, finance, or related professional experienceAbility to interpret financial information and present it clearly to non‑financial trusteesUnderstanding of financial controls, risk management, and good governanceConfidence in supporting annual accounts, budgets, and financial planningPersonal QualitiesPassionate about improving mental health and reducing stigmaCollaborative and a good communicator, able to work well with a diverse boardReliable, with the ability to balance strategic oversight with attention to detailOpen‑minded, empathetic, and supportive of our inclusive, community‑driven valuesWhat You’ll DoProvide financial oversight and ensure good governanceSupport budgeting, reporting, and financial planningHelp us use our funds effectively to deliver real impactContribute to strategic decisions as part of a supportive boardWhat We’re Looking ForProfessional experience in accounting, finance, or related fieldsIdeally some experience of charity finance or governanceA commitment to our mission of reducing stigma and improving mental healthSomeone who is collaborative, supportive, and willing to share their expertiseLocationHampshire (meetings are a mix of in‑person and online). #J-18808-Ljbffr
