You’ll support the CRM Lead in building and delivering multi-channel campaigns, automated customer journeys, and data-driven lifecycle programmes across several digital entertainment brands.This is a fast-paced, hands‑on role with huge learning potential. We’re looking for someone with a “can‑do” attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ambition to build a standout CRM skill set.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign DeliverySupport the creation and deployment of CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push, and other channels.Assist in testing and QA to ensure campaign accuracy and quality.Build and maintain campaign calendars and documentation.Automation & JourneysHelp develop automated lifecycle journeys including onboarding, retention, reactivation, and cross‑sell.Work with the CRM Lead to improve journey performance through testing and optimisation.Collaboration & ExecutionWork closely with design, content, product, and analytics teams to deliver engaging CRM experiences.Ensure campaign materials align with brand and compliance guidelines.Support cross‑team initiatives to enhance customer engagement.Data & InsightsAssist with segmentation, audience building, and targeting.Monitor campaign performance and support reporting for stakeholders.Use insights to recommend improvements and test ideas.Ideas and CreativityBring your ideas and energy to work every dayFind new ways to connect with customers through data and targeting, design new promotions and bring work to life with stand out executionQualifications & SkillsRequired1–2 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or digital marketing.Basic understanding of CRM platforms and automation tools.Creativity and energy – bring you’re A game every dayStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new tools and CRM techniques.Comfortable working with data, segmentation, and A/B testing.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.PreferredExperience in gaming, casino, or digital entertainment.Familiarity with campaign analytics and reporting tools.Who You AreEntrepreneurial, proactive and resourcefulComfortable navigating ambiguity and wearing multiple hatsOutcome-focused rather than process-boundCommercially savvy and user-focusedExperienced in [specific skills/stack for the role] with a proven track record of delivering resultsWhy You Will Love Working at ArenaArena is where ambitious thinkers and doers break away from corporate hierarchies to create innovative digital experiences.Lead projects end-to-end and see the direct impact of your workWork on products used by a global audienceOperate in a fast-moving environment with the freedom to make decisionsGrow professionally while exploring new skills and opportunitiesBring your ideas to life and influence the direction of products and platformsCollaborate with teams across multiple countries #J-18808-Ljbffr
